Every city has spaces. It can be a building or a warehouse; other times it is a street or an entire neighborhood. Every day, people drive past them, and look out their window, thinking to themselves: “You know, someone should do something with that. It could be beautiful; it could be cool. They could be lofts or offices or apartments or anything. It is a shame it is just sitting there. Someone should really do something about that.

The neighborhoods and buildings around you were created for people like you to live in, work in, learn from, and discover. It is never anyone’s intention to plan something and never have it happen, or to build something only to have it sit deteriorating and vacant for decades.

The secret to making a reality from a great idea is momentum. It is striking while the iron is hot. We tend to move quickly around here.  We see an opportunity, we make a plan, and immediately a construction wall is up and things are happening. Life is too short for red tape and endless meetings.
